Homes on offer at Boupen Properties range in price in accordance with the target markets of our individual agents and their Product Knowledge of their target areas. We currently appeal to an extensive income bracket that is inclusive of markets in the middle to high-end income groups.

Our property journey began primarily in the West Rand of Johannesburg and we are currenetly active in Ruimsig; Florida; Wilgeheuwel; Berario; Northcliff; Horison View; Bergbron; Kloofendal/Constantia Kloof and Fairlands, to name a few.

Hercules Johannes Botha (Herk)

Herk has been the Managing Director and Principal Member of Boupen Properties since 1978 and is currently enrolled for the EAAB CPD programme.

Herk is now in the process of appointing André Steynbergh (currently the General Manager since 2012, of the Agency), as Co-Principal of the Agency)

David Botha
David is a Director of the Agency and for some 36 years has been involved in all of facets of the real estate business. He provides valuable input in the sourcing of New Development opportunities and administrative controls.
Mark Botha
Mark is a Director of the Agency and has been involved in the real estate business for some 33 years. Apart from his responsibilities in the Construction Company, he also takes a keen interest in the Products and Services of the Estate Agency and "wears a marketing hat" as regards the latest web-based marketing technology.
Gwyn Wright

Gwyn has been with Boupen Properties since 2012, employed initially as a Home Loan Consultant at a major bank for three years, followed by the position of Principal at a property agency for eight years. Her lengthy experience in the real-estate industry is supported by her qualifications, which includes an NQF 5 qualification and she is currently enrolled in the CPD Programme. Gwyn has recently relocated to Kwa Zulu Natal and opened a satelite office under our name.

Jan van Vuuren

Adding to the wealth of experience and expertise at Boupen Properties is Jan, who entered the property industry back in 1991, where he initially was involved in the re-sales market, followed by the New Developments sector. Jan is a full status agent, who joined the Boupen family in February 2016.

Ruth Cajada

Our sales and letting division is one of the key services of Boupen Properties and as such we only employ the finest agents to manage the division. Ruth is one such agent, who upon entering commercial and residential sales and letting in 1985, gathered vast experience from two large property agencies and then moved into the training sector, specialising in Advanced Technology. Her journey then brought her into our family when she joined Boupen in 2015.

Chuky Onyeagba

With various certificates and a diploma in Business Management and I.T, Chuky by nature has a research-orientated mind. He joined the company in 2015 and is now a Full Status agent, where he will incorporate his love for research when finding his clients the homes of their dreams and become a real Area Expert in Northcliff JHB. He is enrolled for the Continious Professional Development Estate Agents Affairs Board programme.

He has excellent Product Knowledge of his areas and understand the "Wants and Needs" in the Upper Market

André Steynbergh

André has been the General Manager of the Agency since June 2012 and prior to that, the Administrative Manager of the Agency for 12 years. He has taken-on the daily responsibilities of the Agency Principal and has regular meetings with Mr HJ Botha (the Agency Principal), discussing the current status and progress of the Agency.

He has currently 5 Intern Agents "under his wing" and he conducts regular training sessions, sales meetings and attends regular Estate Agent's related workshops.

André pre-approves all listings before released on the advertising Portals (refer Boupen Agency Profile on Google) and receives daily feedback from the Agents on Client Interaction

Top Notch integrity is his personal approach and he enforces that to be the very same for the rest of his Team

Karin de Roubaix

Karin is the Personal Assistant to the General Manager and is performing Rentals Management duties, over and her excellent performance in the re-sales residential property market.

She made a career change during February 2015 and joined Boupen Properties with the aim to become a Property Professional, after having been Personal Assistant to Managing Directors, in Public Relations and in Property Management positions for some 25 years.

She has completed her Internship period and her Logbook has been approved and she is now entitled to write the NQF4 examination and PDE to qualify as Full Status Agent, which is merely a formality.

Her Service Oriented approach has earned her much referral business from both Sellers and Buyers.

Bradley Moseby

Bradley entered the Real Estate business environment in 2008. During June 2015 he enrolled as an Intern Estate Agent and his Logbook was accepted and his Internship period completed.

He has had successful Sales and Rental transactions during this time and he is moving on to write his NQF4 PDE to become a Full Status Agent.

He has been given the task of Marketing and Sales management of a "plot-and-plan" Development undertaken by Boupen Housing (Pty) Ltd, but he is also free to be involved in the re-sales residential sales market.
